- Designing and engineering end‑to‑end Instrumentation and Automation solutions to address complex process challenges using PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems, and variable‑speed drives.
- Developing control philosophies and functional specifications that outline automation strategies, control logic, instrumentation selection, and system behavior.
- Interpreting and analysing P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and equipment datasheets to derive complete hardware and software requirements for control and instrumentation systems.
- Selecting, sizing, and configuring appropriate field instruments—such as sensors, transmitters, valves, and actuators—based on process needs and industry standards.
- Creating detailed engineering documentation, including wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, I/O lists, cable schedules, and control panel designs.
- Designing PLC/DCS/SCADA application software, including logic development, HMI screen design, alarm management, and system integration testing.
- Integrating industrial control systems with the enterprise network, ensuring secure data flow from field devices to MES/ERP layers while adhering to OT‑IT cybersecurity best practices.
- Conducting commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities to ensure seamless system performance, reliability, and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
